How to Install Phone Tree Greeting

To install the phone tree greeting message, first log in to the Admin section of RingCentral

Next, click "Phone System" > "Auto-Receptionist" > "General Settings"

From here, select "Company Greeting" and click the "Edit" button to upload the greeting files.

The greeting files can be found in the Software Appendix of the support portal.
