How to Configure Twilio settings
(This is how to add the Account SID, Auth Token and Phone number in CRM to avoid getting the SMS error message)
Log in to CRM
Go to Zoho Recruit
Click the gear icon

Scroll down click the SMS Gateway

Click Manage

Click Edit Configuration

Enter the following:
Account SID -
Auth token -
Phone number -
(You may get this information from the primary franchise owner who has the Twilio Account)
Click Authenticate and save
