What should an Operations Manager do in reviewing a Client profile in CRM?
The purpose of this task is to have a Quality Assurance check from Management to ensure that all of the fields on the Client profile have been filled out completely. That we are sending the following completely:
Signed agreement

Send Virtual Wallet Email

Send Welcome Email, Send Deposit Email

That we fill out the following Fields:
Customer information: Client name, Phone/Mobile number & email address

RN Care Coordinator

Status

Deposit Total

Date of First Shift / End of First 2-Weeks

Follow-up after 1st Shift, Follow-up after 2 weeks, Follow-up After 3 months
Client Information: Lead Referral source, address & Description
