What should an Operations Manager do in reviewing a Client profile in CRM?

The purpose of this task is to have a Quality Assurance check from Management to ensure that all of the fields on the Client profile have been filled out completely. That we are sending the following completely:


  1. Signed agreement

  1. Send Virtual Wallet Email


  1. Send Welcome Email, Send Deposit Email


That we fill out the following Fields:


  1. Customer information: Client name, Phone/Mobile number & email address

  1. RN Care Coordinator


  1. Status

  1. Deposit Total


  1. Date of First Shift / End of First 2-Weeks

  1. Follow-up after 1st Shift, Follow-up after 2 weeks, Follow-up After 3 months


  1. Client Information: Lead Referral source, address & Description

  1. Notes
