How to update the Billing information of the Client

  1. Go to the Client’s profile


  1. Hover over to the Billing tab


  1. Set the Client Class and determine if they are paying Long term or Privately


  1. Click the Billing Cycle and choose Bi-Weekly


  1. To determine if they have Long Term Care, refer back to Zoho CRM and check the Official Signed agreement that is attached. 


  1. Insurance Policy Number should be filled out if they have one which is also indicated in the Signed agreement


  1. Update Services to Authorized + Assigned


  1. Under Payers section, if the client has Long Term insurance make sure to Add the name of the Insurance Company and click the Edit icon


  1. Add the Policy/Claim number under the Member ID box and make sure to toggle the YES option on the Fax non-payer services to this payer.” If the client pays privately there’s no need to fill out this section


  1. Go to Assigned Services, click the Add button to add the Base Hourly Rate


  1. Add the Service codes: Base HHA HR (Home Health Aide Hourly Base Rate, Fixed: RN Initial Assessment and Fixed: RN Re-Assessment: RN 90-day-Reassessment


  1. Click Save on any changes made
