How to update your Government Forms (W4 or I-9)

Log In:

·         Go to sign.zoho.com and enter your credentials.

Access Sign Forms:

·         Navigate to the Sign Forms section.

Deactivate the Form to Make Changes:

·         Click Sign, check the checkbox next to the form, click the three dots, and select Edit.


 

·         Uncheck the box to mark the form as inactive, then click Save.



 

·         Next, go to Templates, click the three dots next to the government forms, and select Edit.



·         A new window will pop up. On the government form you wish to edit or replace, click the three dots at the top and select Replace. Locate the new version of the document, then click Upload.



·         Once the new document/template is uploaded, click the Continue button in red, located on the lower left side.



·         This will open the form, where you will verify that all fields are accurately assigned and correspond to the appropriate signatories (New Hire or Administrator).

·         Click the Save button once completed. Then, click Sign Forms again, check the checkbox for the government forms, click the three dots, select Edit, update the status to Active, and click Save.
