How to add Additional verbiage to the Billing instructions section

  1. Log in to Zoho CRM


  1. Click Franchise Variables module


  1. On the Franchise Variable Entry, click Open Variables Edit button


  1. On the Franchise Variables page, scroll down to the Billing instructions block. Enter the desired verbiage you want to include in the billing agreement with the family. For example: “Schedules totaling less than 18 hours per week will be billed at a rate of $38 per hour.”

  1. Scroll down to click the Update button to save the changes
