How to copy a Recurring Visit Schedule on the Client's Calendar

  1. Go to the Client’s profile


  1. Click the Calendar tab


  1. Click on the Shift on the Date you are supposed to copy


  1. On the right side of the Calendar, click on the Copy Visit Icon.


  1. Select the Dates where the same schedule should be copied for example April 25 & 27. Click those dates which will then be highlighted and will appear below the calendar. Click the Copy button.


  1. Changes will then appear on the Client’s Calendar

Please note that everything will be copied including the Caregiver if there is someone assigned for that particular shift
