Caregiver Wage Adjustment for Couple Care (Flat Rate Adjustment across the board)

Login to Axiscare, from the Payroll/Billing Tab, select Service Pay Rate Adjustment

From the Caregiver Adjustments Field, click Add Adjustment Button

A new window will show up:

      1.       From the Caregiver drop-down > select all caregivers

      2.       From the Service Rate > Select Hourly: SP1 HHA HR ($36.00) – Spouse 1 HHA

            Ø  *The service code will not always match this exactly. The intent here is to have the user grab the SP1 service code

      3.       From the Pay Rate Adjustment >select Add, enter $2.00 on the Enter Amount Field

            Ø  *Please note that it won't always be a $2/hour premium. The intent is for the user to enter the premium paid to caregivers for couple care in this line.

      4.       From the Action Tab, click Save
