The MyCNAJobs Marketplace is a fantastic resource for a home care agency who needs to manufacture some candidate interest. The Marketplace consists of user profiles of caregivers in and around your zip code. These are caregivers who have created a profile on MyCNAJobs at some point indicating interest in finding a new job. Below are instructions on how to best use the Marketplace.
1. Log into your MyCNAJobs account.
2. Click Recruit, and then click on Marketplace.
3. Use the filters on the left side of the screen to narrow in on exactly who you are looking to connect with. You can sort by distance from a zip code, training accomplishments, availability, certifications, and more. As a rule of thumb, we suggest that you always hire for all shift in all locations. Don't be overly concerned about availabilities or shift preferences - just hire everyone you can that meets the minimum criteria.
4. On the Search Marketplace screen, you will see candidates presented to you in order of most recently active on the platform. Check this daily, and reach out to anyone who has been active within 24-hours of the activity. Those profiles that you've not yet viewed will have a pink ribbon in the corner which says "NOT VIEWED".
5. To contact a potential candidate, click on her name.
6. On the candidate profile screen, you'll see the location, email, and mobile phone number. You will also be able to view any specializations, work history, and some desired wage and availability information.
7. Use the mobile number provided to call the candidate, introduce yourself and your company and ask if the candidate would be interested in learning more about your caregiver position. If so, text the candidate the link to
https://careers.2ndfamily.com and instruct her to apply for the job.
8. If the candidate does not answer your call, send a follow-up text message to introduce yourself and the reason for your call and ask if she's interested in learning more.
9. Write any notes for yourself in the My Notes section of the candidate profile and use the Code Candidate dropdown box to set a status on the candidate's profile.
10. To view candidates who have applied directly to your job or who you have manually set a Candidate Code for, go to the ATS by clicking on Recruit and then View Applicants (ATS)

11. From the ATS, you can see a list of candidate who have applied or who you've manually coded. From here, the goal is to get the candidate to engage with Olivia in order to complete the screening and have Olivia schedule an interview. Construct your conversation with the candidate around the ultimate end goal - get the candidate to engage with Olivia to start the application process.
