How to Refund the Initial Deposit

(You can use this process if you will refund the full amount of the initial deposit and not being used to pay a portion of the final invoice)


  1. Log in to AxisCare


  1. Go to the Client’s profile


  1. Click the Transactions tab


  1. Choose the Initial deposit amount from the transactions and click Edit from the Actions column


  1. On the Edit payment section, click the down arrow button for More Actions and choose from the options for example: Refund Payment in full.


  1. Click Save & Close
