Update on Career Site / Olivia

Hi All - Here is a quick update on the new Olivia platform rollout:

1. Please continue to work through the Test Script and practice with the new setup. Feel free to ask questions to us or to Lameck directly (if the question relates to any backed setup issues, Lameck and the Paradox team will need to step in). You can reach him at 2ndFamily@Paradox.AI.

2. The final iteration of the career site has been delayed by the addition of some added features. This has delayed our go-live date to an undetermined date at this point. Best guess is that we are probably 2 weeks from having the career site go live, so expect the change-over to the new Olivia system to take place sometime in mid-September.

3. Up to now, you have had access to the Olivia platform at no cost. Our system size was small enough that we brought all locations on-board under the Central Maryland account. Since our MD office was already paying for the account anyway, we did not pass that cost on to you. Due to the growth in our system, we have outgrown that account, and Paradox is requiring that we setup all locations on separate accounts. However, now that we have everyone on separate accounts, there are many software benefits available to us that we previously couldn't take advantage of, including a centralized career page and integration with Zoho Recruit. This new configuration is vastly superior to the previous version and will allow for additional automations, saving your HR person additional time. The use of the new system will cost $650 per year per location. In order to prevent passing a large one-time cost on to you, we are going to cover the annual fee and charge you $55 per month. You will see this fee collected on your monthly statement starting in October.
