Requesting Client Reviews
This feature has been a part of our extension package for a while now, but it has been adjusted and updated over time. Recently, there have been some questions about how to obtain online reviews from clients, and how to use CRM to do so. The video below will walk you through the automations in place to collect reviews, as well as how you can manually trigger the system to prompt your client / primary contact to leave a review.
There are also emails that go out to a current client which each contain the opportunity for the client to leave a review. Please follow up with us if you need more information on how to use this feature.
