The final royalty and fee payments of 2022 will process this week. As a reminder, beginning with the fees due in January 2023, we will be changing from a "month of invoice" basis to a "shifts worked in a month" basis. To date, royalty calculations have been determined by the shifts worked on invoices that were issued during the billing month. Beginning in January 2023, we will now calculate royalties based on shifts worked during a calendar month without regard to the date of the billing cycle. Many of our locations are on different billing cycles from each other, and this change will help negate record-keeping challenges on our side and will eliminate those "expensive" two months each year where you have 3 billing cycles in one month.
