During the last quarterly meeting, we previewed a new feature in Zoho CRM called the Referral Partner Form. This form and its features would be embedded into our app and Zoho CRM, allowing for a standardized process for giving referrals for needs we don't meet such as hospice or medical home health. The vote on whether or not to implement this feature was 83% in favor of adding this functionality to our system.

In response to that positive response, we've begun the process of installing this new feature location-by-location. You will receive a notification email with instructions for use once your location has been completed, but we anticipate having the installation done for all locations by 3/31.
