You no longer need to request access for your employees to gain access to our training materials. Now users can register an account with 2nd Family University directly by going to https://university.2ndfamilyfranchise.com. The university courses are also available within the Franchise Support Portal at https://support.2ndfamilyfranchise.com/portal/en/kb/articles/2nd-family-university. All courses are available to all users, giving you and your employees the ability to choose a course and enroll directly.

The current courses have all been updated with new material, and we will periodically be adding additional training courses to the library.
