Recently there have been a few locations that were having jobs flagged as "spam" on Indeed. Mike at Indeed gave some feedback on how to prevent that from happening, but his advice was VERY conservative and resulted in reduced applicant numbers. Over the last few weeks, we've worked with the Indeed team to come up with a list of best practices that both satisfies Indeed's requirements while meeting our needs. Below you will find a link to the list of best practices, which is broken down into 3 sections - Do, Don't, and Maybe. These instructions all pertain to the JOB TITLE only and have no bearing on the content contained within the job post. Please use this information when crafting your job posts in Paradox so that, when they sync over to Indeed, they will be as effective as possible.
