• Added email templates to coincide with the 3 follow-ups with the client/family - after the first shift, after two weeks, and after 3 months. The RN Care Coordinator will receive an email with a button to complete the review form using information obtained from the family/client during the review call. This information will auto-populate in the corresponding CRM fields, and a PDF of the form will auto-attach to the Attachments section.
  
• If the review checkbox is marked by the RN Care Coordinator on the review form, the client will be sent A) an email with a link to provide a review and B) an SMS message with a link to provide a review.
  
• The workflow which allows SMS messages to be sent to Paid Leads without obtaining authorization was re-configured to send out the Welcome SMS message with the info graphic without following the usual process required by obtaining authorization.
  
• To address email client resolution issues, all image formats were updated to PNG files
