Updates to Zoho CRM on 7/11/2023


Over the last several days, we've pushed out some updates to the 2nd Family extensions in Zoho CRM. Those updates were completed this morning, and include the following:

1) The email drip sent to new leads has been updated using some recent data regarding email effectiveness. In the past, most of the emails were of an educational nature, explaining home care options while establishing brand identity. Many of the new emails are intended to address emotions that the lead may be feeling, and attempt to engage in a conversation that way. We also added a few additional emails to the total count in the drip campaign.

2) There is a new email drip for current clients, the content of which contain a mix of blog content, general check-ins, and a review request. The footer of each email also has a link to your Google review site as we attempt to continue to build to total review count on Google for each location.

3) There is a new former client email drip. This is a very passive drip which asks for any friends/family who might need our services, and is intended to re-engage any former clients who may need to resume care.
