Coming Soon - A list of projects in the pipeline
Hello Team!
We're often working on a lot of exciting things in the support office, but we generally do a poor job of letting you know what we're working on to improve our system. Several of you have expressed a desire to know more about what's in our development pipeline, and we appreciate that feedback. It's also important to us have you all weigh in on projects you'd like to see included in that pipeline in terms of additions or alterations to our system.
So, in the spirit of casting vision, we've listed a few things below that are currently either in the works or on-deck. Please reply in the comments section if you have any suggestions for things you'd like to see implemented.
This list is in no particular order:
- Local SEO optimization for the website, which includes
- local Google map embeds on each location page (recently completed)
- local paragraph with keyword-rich text (recently completed)
- working with RevLocal to maximize citation links and directory accuracy (on-going)
- adding local schema markup to the website to help Google better recognize local offices
- GMB link building
- 2x monthly blogs with keyword rich text
- Creating a service summary and rate sheet PDF that you will be able to send to a lead after the initial conversation. The collateral will be personalized with the name of the lead and the date of the quote.
- A second round of email drip updates with a campaign focused on nurturing Contacted leads who are stalled or are delayed-decision makers.
- Implementing an answering service to field inbound calls to the toll-free number. This is the first step toward implementing a full-service call center for inbound calls. As our system size grows, we will add to the breadth and capabilities of the call center. For now, it will just handle inbound calls to the 888 number.
- Looking into the ability to add Signal notifications in CRM for opened emails.
Again, please feel free to share ideas and suggestions, we'd love to hear from you!
